Hi! I am Amy Shrader, native of Morristown, Tennessee. I became a REALTOR® in May 2012. I currently hold the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), RSPS (Resort & Second Home Property Specialist), and GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute) designations, as well as the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification. I am currently working to earn the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. In 2020 I was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and became a member of the RE/MAX Chairman's Club. I was also the #8 RE/MAX agent in the state of TN and #17 overall in TN among all agents according to RealTrends Magazine. Prior to becoming an agent, I had over 11 years experience in real estate, as both a mortgage loan originator and a title agent. This background differentiates me from most other agents, because I do see and understand all facets of the transaction. I have taken loan applications for first-time home buyers and know their fears and frustrations. I have gone over closing documents with seasoned investors who just wanted the highlights explained. I graduated from Morristown West in 1987 and went to Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee. I graduated from CNC in December of 1991 with a Bachelors of Science in both Business Management and Computer Information Systems. Go Eagles!
