BEGINNING: At a point 2786.47 feet N 49° 56′ 52″ E and 1956.57 feet S 40° 02′ 50″ E from the Southwest Corner of said Section 19 for the Point of Beginning;
THENCE: N 49° 57′ 20″ E for 1735.48 feet to the northwest corner of the tract;
THENCE: Following the road; S 88° 48′ 25″ E for 29.28 feet, then S 80° 15′ 32″ E for 150.80 feet, then S 59° 43′ 32″ E for 120.27 feet, and then S 76° 52′ 42″ E for 4.25 feet to the northeast corner of the tract;
THENCE: S 49° 57′ 20″ W for 1917.09 feet to the southeast corner of the tract;
THENCE: N 40° 02′ 50″ W for 304.76 feet to the southwest corner of the tract and the Point of Beginning at the southwestern corner of the above referenced tract and containing 12.92 acres of land, more or less.
Subject to all easements of record and a fifty (50’) foot access and utility easement along Bramlett Road on the north sideline of the tract.
