Key Land Features
Description
When I first pulled up to this property, I loved the location, the seclusion, the trees and cover, and the size, but I was a bit skeptical from a hunting aspect until I walked around. There were numerous trails, rubs, and deer sign throughout the property. Then the seller sent me photos of some of the deer that have been taken from it and a few trail camera photos as well. Wow, to be this close to the city and see and shoot the quality of bucks, they have been impressive. There are roughly 120 acres of wooded state-owned land on two sides of the property that does not allow hunting, so deer naturally feel safe there. Deer filter through this tract as they move between the state-owned parcels, and it is an ideal location if you live in the city but want to be hunting within minutes. There are a few abandoned buildings on the property that are uninhabitable. Still, the potential is to have them removed and possibly build your dream home or just have more wide-open recreational ground. The driveway is a quiet road, only shared by a few residents in the area, and this property sits near the end of it, so traffic is almost non-existent. If you like the country feel, the outdoors, and quiet life, call me today to learn more about this property and all it offers!
