Description
A secluded, remote, hike-in property with River Frontage in a sportsman's paradise for hunting and fishing! 29 acres on the Musselshell River, about 25 miles south of Fort Peck Reservoir and CMR Wildlife Refuge. It is 30 miles NE of Winnett (pop 250). This area is renown for its wildlife including elk, mule and whitetail deer, bighorn sheep, antelope, turkeys, pheasants, sharptail grouse, sage grouse and Hungarian partridge. The river offers a warm water fishery as well! Mild covenants, but no HOA. Access is via a private bridge from the west side of the river to the edge of BLM land, then a hike of 1/2 mile. It is 85 miles east of Lewistown (pop 5500). Billings is 120 miles to the south. Both to the west and to the east the land you will find access to 1000's of acres of public BLM land where you can hike, hunt, ride horses, or just explore.
